    Think of this work as a process of re-teaching your body calm, not forcing a quick fix. Each session builds upon the last, helping your system regulate more easily and stay balanced longer between visits.

    Once you’re on the table, everything moves at a calm, intentional pace. I use slow, attuned touch — blending therapeutic massage with nervous-system awareness and intuitive flow. You’ll always have a choice in how your session unfolds: the pressure, the silence, the temperature, and whether you’d like to include tools such as hot stones, a weighted blanket, aromatherapy, or an eye mask.

    Throughout the session, the focus is on creating a sense of safety and deep rest — helping your body shift out of stress mode and into balance. Some clients drift into meditation or sleep; others experience emotional release, clarity, or a quiet sense of peace.

    You’ll finish with a few minutes of stillness and grounding, followed by simple aftercare suggestions to support your body’s continued integration.
