Inspired by the work of Pat Jackman, this trauma-informed session combines grounded presence, breath, guided body awareness, and emotional attunement to support the release of chronic stress patterns and emotional holding.

In this session, we explore the emotional layers underneath stored tension within the body, Together, we bring awareness to the age and origin of the wound, allowing the body to safely express emotions that may have never been fully felt, witnessed or supported.
This session creates space for the inner child to be seen with compassion rather than suppression.
As emotional patterns surface, we work to support the nervous system with grounding, safety, presence, and nurturing that help restore a deeper sense of connection, softness, and self-trust.
