    This gentle, trauma-informed session uses evidence-based techniques rooted in safety, consent, and presence to help you unwind on a cellular level.

    Designed to calm an overactive nervous system, it helps the body move from survival mode into restoration and peace.

    Through nurturing touch, breath awareness, and grounding techniques, the therapist helps release held tension and support nervous system regulation.

    Emotional Release Massage

    In Sedona’s sacred, high-vibration landscape, energy flows as naturally as breath — but our bodies sometimes hold onto emotional residue, stress, and experiences that block this flow.

    This slow, trauma-informed session blends therapeutic touch, nervous system regulation, breath awareness, and emotional attunement. Your session begins with grounding breath and energetic centering.

    Session focuses on areas of chronic holding and tension within the body creating space for clients to reconnect with sensation, soften protective patterns, and safely process emotional stress held within the nervous system.

    Emotional Release Therapy Session

    In the heart of Sedona’s grounding red rocks, Emotional Release Therapy offers a body-based space for emotional processing, nervous system support, and reconnection to self.

    Inspired by the work of Pat Jackman, this trauma-informed session combines grounded presence, breath, guided body awareness, and emotional attunement to support the release of chronic stress patterns and emotional holding.

    Sessions may include:

    -guided breath

    -exploration of areas where tension or emotional holding may be present

    -emotional expression through tears, breath, shaking, voice, or stillness

    ERT is a complementary wellness practice and is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a replacement for licensed mental health care

  • Inner Child Emotional Release Therapy

    For people carrying unresolved childhood pain.

    In this session, we explore the emotional layers underneath stored tension within the body, Together, we bring awareness to the age and origin of the wound, allowing the body to safely express emotions that may have never been fully felt, witnessed or supported.

    This session creates space for the inner child to be seen with compassion rather than suppression.

    As emotional patterns surface, we work to support the nervous system with grounding, safety, presence, and nurturing that help restore a deeper sense of connection, softness, and self-trust.

    Clients may experience:

    -processing emotional tension connected to child hood wounds

    -feeling a sense of emotional release, completion, or peace around experiences they have carried for years

    -feeling lighter, more grounded, and less emotionally tied to past experiences

We’ll take a few minutes to connect, review your intentions, and confirm comfort preferences.

You’ll have a few quiet moments to rest before returning to your day. I’ll offer simple self-care suggestions to help your body integrate.
